We are committed to making our services as accessible as possible and will work with women to identify any adjustments that may help them access support.
Accessibility information:
- The building is spread across three floors.
- Some meeting spaces are located on upper floors and are accessed by stairs.
- There is currently no lift access within the building.
- Toilet facilities are available on the first and second floors only.
- Private meeting spaces are available for confidential appointments.

Where appropriate and available, appointments can be arranged by telephone, online, or in an alternative community setting to help ensure women can access support in a way that works for them.

If you have a safeguarding concern about someone who is accessing our services, please contact us on 03333 444 304 and let us know that you would like to raise a safeguarding concern. Your concern will be passed to the appropriate safeguarding lead to review and respond to.
