Fundraising not only financially supports our vital work, it also helps us to raise awareness of our mission and the impact of trauma on women’s lives.

- £5 could pay for pay a woman’s bus fare to attend a programme
- £25 could pay for a therapeutic session for someone who has experienced domestic abuse
- £50 could pay for 2 hours with a specialist support worker
- £300 could pay for a woman to attend a 10 week emotional support programme
- £600 could pay for a woman to attend weekly support sessions for 6 months
- £1,000 could pay for a women to access full wraparound support for 6 months
How to get started…
If you would like to support us we ask that you seek our permission first and sign up to our fundraising guidelines. We may be able to offer you some support and the use of some of our resources to help you; such as publicising your activity through our social media, attending your event to give a brief talk about our work or offering you some volunteer support.

Once we have approved your fundraising activity we can send you any appropriate information such as leaflets, sponsor forms etc.
